Yes, I'm NOT giving up this shirt even thou I've been complaining since I got the shirt.

Got this shirt from Dasoku (>w<) Imma happy fangirl~
Got a punch in the face too, but it's all worth it. OHO~!

Spring Taikai! not much photos from the concert cause I'm not really allowed to take photos inside. (=A=) The camera I got is almost dead anw, no good quality photos from it.
1. Only got a kit lens

2. The lens broke, can't really stay on the camera body
3. Low light, no flash OTL

Majority of the photos taken with hijacked (by me *flips hair*) Darren's camera.

So I started my day heading to *Scape early to help out with the sales of the tickets.

Merchandise all sold out early. The CD (I think)

Does not like my job at first cause it was rather boring... Zzzz... Majority of the fans have already bought their tickets online, so not much people is buying direct.

Why no buy direct?! It's like $3 cheaper! You can buy a cup of Gongcha with the money.

Okay, that's not the point... I mean like if there's a queue to buy the tickets, I'll be busy, thus easier to past time.

The job got more depressing when I know that the artists are up stairs at the cafe eating and I can't budge too far from my sit (T__T)

Well, at least I got friends there to chat with me :3

Hur hur~ Kaname☆ walked the wrong way and "poped by" the ticket booth. HE COSPLAY KAITO!!! AHHHH! I LOVE HIS KAITO COSPLAY *coughfanofkaitocough* Didn't take any pic, awkward... Was a bit high to react.

Anw, my job got even worst (me feeling) when I know that the artists are up stairs at the AKB48 Cafe eating and I CAN'T GO UP! (T___T)

Voiceroids / Vocaloids ?

Have no idea why I have this sudden thought to show my friends the Voiceroids.

Voiceroid is a speech synthesizer application developed by AH Software and is designed for speech. It is only available in theJapanese language. Its name comes from the singing software Vocaloid, for which Ah Software also develops voicebanks. Both AH Software's Vocaloids and Voiceroids went on sale on December 4, 2009.^[1]

The first voiceroids are the siblings Tsukiyomi Shouta (月読ショウタ), a seven-year old boy. and Tsukiyomi Ai (月読アイ), Shouta's five-year old sister.

Released on December 4, 2009 along with some other Vocaloids.

Round 2 of BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER Curry!

I know it's only like one blog post interval, but seriously I have nothing else to blog about nowadays, unless you guys are interested in my ever so boring life. 8D

As mentioned in the previous blog post a.k.a Round 1, I got a friend to get the B★RS box for me cause I wanted the B★RS charm, so.... I GOT ANOTHER PACKET OF CURRY!

Round 2 of the BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER Curry!

GO!

This time I decided to add some other ingredients into the curry~

They are:

Garlic

Onion

Butter

Carrot

Potato

Chicken

starch

COFFEE MILK

CHOCOLATE SYRUP

MAYO

Wanted to add those Japanese curry blocks but I finished the last of it like I have no idea when. *Always thought that I have leftovers*

Cooking process~

Chopping up of onion, carrot and potato.

Fry onion and garlic till onion turns brown. I burnt some =X

Meat in~!

Curry... It's still as oily (=A=) I can actually see the chicken bits this time.

Too lazy to remove the oil = pour everything in.

Gross!

My mum says the curry smells like satay and the curry looks like some Chinese marinated vege dish (^^)|| Agree with the smell but the looks... HMMM...

After letting the curry simmer for about 1 to 2 minutes(?) I decided to pour in the COFFEE MILK!

Around 1/4 of the cup ++

Plus 4 table spoons of CHOCOLATE SYRUP~! BUHAHAHAHHAA!

Sounds gross right? 8D

Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and curry bubble.

The smell did change slightly after adding the milk and chocolate, slightly.... sweeter...

Look wise, somewhat decent, still black, not as watery as the first time.

Oh yeah, I added the starch and it became even less watery.

Left the curry to cool when I'm done cooking cause I'm not really hungry at that point of time, I have no idea why I cooked it early.

Curry looks like those normal Japanese curry, in black of course. *forgot to take a photo*

This time I have the normal long grain instead of Japanese short grain rice.

The reason why I cooked this curry is not because I want to eat it and so I'll have something to blog about, it's cause there's nothing to go with the rice for dinner on that day.

Tried making a star with the rice and failed badly. OTL

At least I got a better food presentation this time, ya?

A thing that I believe that can make food taste better.

Tasting time...

I manage to finish the portion I took from the pot. Apparently the over all serving portion increased after me adding in all the ingredients.

I have no idea what happened to the remaining curry.... It's either 1. My dad ate it for supper after work. 2. It got threw away.

Maybe I should go ask my mum about it.

Verdict:

The taste got better, way better. Same goes for the look of the curry itself. Oil disappeared after cooking somehow. Even thou it got better, the taste of the curry is still somewhat sickening to me, sickening as in eat too much and get sick of it. *feels like I'm repeating my words (._.)*

I don't see the default chicken pieces thou I don't really care about them since I've got BIGGER pieces of chicken~ 8D

Less powdery.
Curry is safe to eat (Y) I didn't get stomachache for both times of eating the curry.
I think it will taste even better and less sickening if I add in come curry blocks.

Oiran hair piece tutorial

Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin from Vocaloids

Ver. 雨夢楼

So, while trying to recall my plans for the day, I shall make this very random blog post of how I did the back hair piece for my Miku cosplay *points abouve pic* this version.

In this song, Miku is an Oiran [花魁]

If you google it, you will see females with those huge hair piece on their head. Like really huge?

When I decided to cos this version, I didn't see anywhere selling the wig. The style, yes, color? nope. OTL
Solution: D.I.Y

Google!

Find a good reference image, from the artwork I think the hair looks like this. Hmmm...

Things needed:

1x wig base + 2x clip-ons (Here I'm using my Hatsune Miku wig)

Blue Foam (I think thick cardboard works too, anything that can give the wig it's shape)

Double sided tapes

Hair spray/Glue

Comb

Cutting tools (pen knife, scissors)

Hair ties, ribbons, strings

Hair clips

A pair of helping hands if possible.

Tutorial with lousy English

START!

1. Cut foam into 2 semi circles.

**You can do this later LOL!

2. Remove the clips from your clip-ons

3. Remove the elastic too

See that white piece of string?

4. Separate the amount of hair needed for the side strands and then cut them away for later use.

**Applies for Hatsune Miku only

If you want more hair, get another clip on 8D

DO NOT cut on the thread, your hair will come off!!

5. Glue the ends where the net is, just in case the hair might come off ^^||

** you can skip this step if you want to.

Tie it up.

6. # Repeat steps for the 2nd clip-on.

Now you should have 2 bunch of hair~

Attach them to a clip, bigger the better XD You'll know why later.

Here, I'm using a huge ass flower I found in my stash of random stuff :3

There's a pin on the flower so I just pinned the hair onto it. *Lucky*

Oh ya, tie the two bunch of hair together b4 doing so.

By right, there's nothing on Miku's hair or the Oiran uses a pretty knot thingy (I think).

By left... I'll tell you why later in the steps.

## If you have Hair balls from your wig after combing, keep them, they make good camouflage.

I got mine from the first failed attempt of with just hair spray and serious back combing. *points below* orz

7. Cover up the foam with the hair balls if you have any. Before that, tape up the foam with double sided tape so that the hair will stay on.

Remember to cover the sides too.

Spray a little hair spray the harden the hair.

8. Tie up the remaining hair bunch from your clip-ons like this.

Here comes the steps where you need a helping hand.

9. Place the bunch of hair in the center of the foam, prepare a piece of string/ribbon.

10. Wrap the hair around the foam.

Hold it there, make sure the hair is as tight as possible.

11. Spread out the hair to cover up the foam.

The hair should be enough to cover half or more of the foam.

12. While spreading the hair, the tightness of it should change(gets loose), tighten it.

Tie the wig (Best if you can get someone to help you, I'm doing this alone (T_T) ).

13. There should be hair remaining. Use it to cover the other half of the foam.

Repeat step 11. & 12.

Your hair piece should look something like this. *points below*

If you have any excess hair from the end, you can either cut it off or hide it by twisting it and then "glue" it to the foam with excessive hair spray (Y) OR braid it up to use it as a aid to hold the wig on the head.

13. Adjust the hair and SPAM HAIR SPRAY!

Make another one...

COMBINE! String, pins, whatever works. The 2 pins are there to hold the foam in place. 8D Poke it in~ the center of the hair piece is kindda soft. (^^)||

As you can see, the center of the wig is not very nice. This is where the huge flower come to use \o/

BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER Curry

First proper(?) post of year 2012! derp...

So so... this post will be about the BLACK★ROCK SHOOTER CURRY!

From what I read from some random online googled sources, this B★RS Curry was sold at events and then now it have been changed into pre-packaged sachet that can just be heated up and eaten. Oho~ *points above pic*

B★RS and Dead Master, Comes with a charm each. :3

As a collector I want the charms!!!

But it's selling so expensive outside... like $60 each without the curry *If I didn't remember wrongly from my email (T__T) Didn't buy.

Guess what? Last year Christmas~ I received a box of curry form my friend XD

Comes with DM charm (>w<) Look at her drooling face~

Cooking instructions, Ingredients, Nutrition facts and some other random stuff that I can't read cause it's in Japanese. (Y)

Liquid form, can't really feel any big bits of meat inside.

Poured boiling hot water into the container to warm it up cause I can't boil the sachet in the water boiler. Not at home to use the kitchen either =/

Derp derp, soaked for around 15 minutes changing the water 3 times cause it cooled down. (=w=)

CURRY DONE!

Like seriously doubting the taste aleady =/ Look at all the oil in the packet.

Did I mention that it smells funny too? Not like the usual Japanese brown curry.

A few here and there in the curry, rather small piece. Can't taste it with the curry.

Other then chicken, I didn't taste / see any other ingredients inside the curry.
Chicken is slight powdery too.

(>.>) Look at the portion of the curry that I didn't touch after a few minutes when it cooled down.

This is the first time for me attdenting events overseas. 8D
Got to say, the Cosplay scene of Singapore and Malaysia is really different, it seems less competitive. Hmm...

After settling our stuff we went shopping at Berjaya Times Square and Sungei Wang Plaza. =w= Went to the toilet bowl cafe, ,poop ice cream FTW~!

Their DAISO IS better then Singapore's. =3= They sell stuff that cost more the $2SGD but still is cheap la.

$7 SGD santa clause costume which i didn't but to troll my friend. There's some figurine display boxes but i didn't buy cause my luggage is too heavy and packed. OTL

Back at hotel~ My fujo pillow 8D right hand corner. Frank, Aya and me shared the bed. ohoho~~

Day 2 of CF, managed to get into the hall. A stranger gave us their tickets on day one. woohoo~ Day one was mehh... the management there sux.

After a few hours at the event we(Aya + Me + some photogs) decided to go back to rot at the hotel for a mini random shoots.

I did twinneh's costume in one night, the night before the event, so some parts are actually missing / not accurate =w= Wig was just a random blond wig Which I dug out.

I prefer her costume, cause IT'S SHINY! =A= *regrets not remaking my own* but ah well~ at least I manged to pimp mine a bit before event~ heheee.

Day 3 Cosed Kikyo with Ven as Inuyasha.
I look shagged... makeup does not complement me, the lighting at suntec made it worst.

This year's AFA, sad to say, it doesn't have the feel of AFA like the past years. =/ Event location is too crowded, partly because Suntec is having like another 2~3 events going on on the same day. ZZZ...

I still enjoy the event thou, meeting all my friends (most of them).

Spend my money on the Gachapons outside AFA event area, the ones inside the event area is mehh... I'm not really a one piece fan.

Heh, today(26th oct) ends work early and so i planned to go buy a replacement for my missing lash. (T__T) I lost my lashes again... right after i sold the replacement pair cause i found them the first time i lost them(so many them orz). Learned my lesson not to place my lashes anyhow after using them.

Met up with Akimme and Kitto laoba aft work cause they are at orchard, and then SHOPPING TIME XD

skipping the walking around trying to find the stuff we want part, we went to the basement of taka~ THE BRAND SALES IS STILL ON. Then Aki saw toki doki, chiong there~ we followed 8D saw wallet $19. Spring Hearts from Koji

I know it looks weird like this, but trust me, they are good for the "no make up" makeup. aka natural look.
I swear i only have concealer, foundation, blusher and a bit of eyeliner on my face, that's all(okay, i wore contacts too, but it's 14.5mm only doesn't really make any difference to me).

The lash have this eye-lining effect, so it's like you don't really have to draw eye liner after you put the lash on, the time when you need to draw eyeliner is cause the lash it self is not really long, as in fit your whole eye, so you'll have to fill up the gap with your liner.

It's good for dramatic lower lash effect for cosplay =X hur hur~

Got another pic without contacts, no eyeliner, just concealer + foundation =w= (taken today, few hours ago)

glue they provided is not bad, sticks well, can be easily removed from lash after using IMO.

Just gonna copy and paste(some stuff) what i've wrote on facebook since my initial idea is to blog about it in the first place.

1st work... it's becoming like the first week of work again, OTs and more OTs.... =( was considering of staying if the days are like the past 2 weeks, no stress, can go home on time.

2 more freaking days to be free form this job, i know i look like some crazy job hopper but seriously... Extra workload that is out of the job scope? boss pms-ing constantly. can't take it anymore...

Apparently, my boss does not know the reason why so many people leave the company after a month or so. She just told the new comer that she don't want to hire people who left after a short period of time, because there's too many.

around 20+/-(?) people left in a period of 5 mths...

New comer told me: Boss to new comer: I hired 5 people to help me but all I get is more work, more stress.

Me: ... *thinks* she's the one who don't give instructions properly, don't pass message properly, so on so on, how she want us to help her properly? (¬_¬)

Yesterday shoot, before the shoot the director asked me stuff, i can't answer, even as an asst producer. why? cause my boss changed things and i was NOT informed.

not only it made me look bad, it makes the boss look bad too, in a way or another.

I wonder why still got clients look for the company when the boss always do things last min. It's too rush. =\ in a way it looks unorganized.

I know it's not good to talk bad about boss. but yea.

2nd, teenage cosplay, didn't actually want to be bothered about it anymore but i need a way to vent my frustrations from work. just so nice i decided to read this thread with link provided by a friend of mine while eating my dinner.

Am I feeling sore cause I did not win? NO, joined the competition for the name of FUN.

Because I felt that there are others who did better and worked even harder that the winners. + the way of how the judges judge.

p.s Own costumes, sewlf made, tailored, borrowed from friend or taobao... Only the owner of the costume knows, please do not ASSUME that almose EVERYONE got their costumes from taobao

Performance is the best way to see how good a character is being portrayed and it's not in the freaking in the criteria?! WHUT?!

I'm fine with the third place group. First and second? NO NO.

I didn't know spinning and swaying around in a epic big gown for a few min on stage making a super boring performance can win a second place.

As for the first place... uh... i don't remember what he did.

This competition had nothing to do with charm or how entertaining the performance was.

I do see groups with better performance and costumes.
People who deserves to win did not win,
people who don't deserve to win won.

Like the title say. I will not be updating my blog now as often as last time due to the fact that my mood is rather low due to work. I don't want to fill my blog with all the depressing rants, angry rages and such.

Not in the mood to even blog about the recent events that I went with my friends.

A seal i got form Kyon yesterday :3 IT'S SO FLUFFEH!! not furry type of fluffy, but the soft type >w< so cute!

Anw, been rather busy with my new job these few days... kindda make me even more lazy to update my blog =w= so now, i'm working as assistant producer at an adv production company =w= assistant producer, in other words = saikang warrior. OTL

1st day of work... consist of rotting in the office for most of the time and going out with boss to buy some stuff at mustafa and sit in for a rather short meeting at mediacorp. BORING!!! =A=

2nd day~ PUBLIC HOLIDAY~! NO WORK! WOOT!

3rd day is when the interesting things begun 8D They have a video shoot for a company. hur hur~ rather interesting to see how ppl make tv adv

reached office... got asked to go vivo to buy cups @ daiso..
went vivo... rot a bit and got lunch~ 1 foot long subway melts. $10.50 fly~ and i did not order set. why... cause i'm super hungry and have been craving for subway since the day before. =w=. so much for resistance of buying random stuff for 4 days of the week. OTL *fail* what's worst is i felt hungry again aft 20 min(finished bread) =___=

didn't find matching cups and got a call to go back to office to get boss's phone cause she forgot about it. =_=
aft that went bugis to meet up with the crew.

Received my sample from thesamplestore.sg some days ago, when i say days i mean daysssss

*feels retard* so much for random clicking.
I lost the skin food pack *super fail*

Oily, sticky... does not like. my face felt oily for the entire day... =A=

3M nexcare.
fun pack for $7 @ watsons.

Content: Hydrocolloid dressing

So this thing:
- Acts like a sponge to absorb the oily secretion, fluid or pus
- Acts as a barrier over the acne to reduce hand contact and infection (good for people with itchy hands like me)
- Waterproof yet breathable to improve healing. (did not try washing face with this thing on, but i can say it's rather comfortable having it on your face. does not have the un-breathable feeling like when you have a waterproof plaster on)

Basically this thing will absorb the oil from your pimple and dry it up so it will heal faster.
works well for me 8D

hur hur~ reason cause it's hello kitty and it's BLUE!

Have a bit of funny smell to me... but it's fine.
Don't really have much foam.
Face dose not feel over dry after washing.
Skin condition got better.
Not so serious acne dried up aft a few washes over the days (i wash my face 2~3 times a day)

My past self is back haunting me.

What happened in the past already taught me that if things go on the way it is now(not really exactly same as last time), I'll most probably lose things that are important to me.

But some how, it seems that I did not really learn from that lesson. I'm rather disappointed with myself.

Someone please advice me what to do.
